నగరి ఎమ్మెల్యే రోజా తమ నియోజకవర్గ సమస్యల విషయంలో , అలాగే ప్రోటోకాల్ విషయంలో అధికారుల తీరుపై శాసనసభ ప్రివిలేజ్ కమిటీ కి ఫిర్యాదు చేశారు. ప్రోటోకాల్ ప్రకారం తనకు ప్రాధాన్యత ఇవ్వడం లేదని నగరి ఎమ్మెల్యే రోజా బోరున విలపించారు. ఇక టిటిడి లో కూడా ఇదే పరిస్థితి కొనసాగుతుందని ఆమె శాసనసభ ప్రివిలేజ్ కమిటీకి ఫిర్యాదు చేశారు. ఎంతమందికి చెప్పుకున్నా, ఎన్ని కమిటీలు వచ్చినా తన సమస్య పరిష్కారం కావడం లేదని, తననెవరూ పట్టించుకోవటం లేదని ఎమ్మెల్యే రోజా లబోదిబోమంటున్నారు.
